Now A Message From the Power Rangers

After every episode of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers during the first and second seasons, there would be a PSA geared towards teaching kids how to become an informed and civilized individual.  They range from 30 seconds to 1 minute and are very similar to the Totally for Kids messages also seen on Fox Kids.

Making a Friend Out of an Enemy
Trini teaches her student the highest form of martial arts: making a friend out of an enemy.  The two watch as Jason befriends a rambunctious teenager named Curtis despite the fact that all Curtis wants to do is fight him.

Mistaken Identity and Fighting
A group of kids are playing with a ball and mistakenly think that Barry steals it.  They "morph" into Power Rangers and try to fight him.  Billy and Kimberly teach them that they can't just fight someone because they think they are wrong.

Reality Check
Kimberly and Billy explain the differences between fantasy and reality.  Power Rangers is a scripted show that contains battle sequences choreographed very much like a dance.  However, in reality, Billy really is an excellent gymnast.
Length of Clip: 1 minute, 0.2 seconds File Size: 16.1 MB
Respect
A kid named Norm is making fun of some people at the Juice Bar for being different; he even makes fun of Ernie's shirt!  It's up to Jason and Kimberly to teach Norm that the world would be extremely dull if everyone were the same and that we should respect each other's differences.
Length of Clip: 1 minute, 0.5 seconds File Size: 16.7 MB
Teamwork
Zack and Kimberly teach a group of basketball players who finger-point at each other for the team's problems the value of teamwork.
Length of Clip: 30.2 seconds File Size: 8.03 MB
Actors

Jason Narvy (Skull) and Paul Schrier (Bulk) teach some kids that they are actors and that people shouldn't confuse them with the roles they play on television.

Bullies
Kevin is a bully and always looks for trouble.  He tries to fight Danny, but Danny walks away because he knows that fighting doesn't solve anything.

Confidence and Determination
Nobody wants one of the kids on their basketball team.  Tommy, Rocky, and Adam teach this kid about perseverance, determination, and positive thinking and he ends up scoring the winning basket.

Crossed Wires

Billy creates an experiment that transforms a rubber chicken into an eagle.  However, Timmy crosses machine wires and Kimberly comes to bring Billy back.  It takes a lot of courage for the Timmy to own up to his actions.

Everyone Can Make a Difference

Length of Clip: 1 minute, 0.1 seconds File Size: 13.3 MB
Safety
Tommy teaches kids what martial arts is all about: self respect, confidence, discipline, cooperation.  Also, never practice martial arts in school.

Smoking
Two girls talk about how they like some boys playing basketball in the park.  But these boys have a dark secret - they smoke!  It's up to Adam and Aisha to teach the girls that smoking isn't healthy for your body and that "not everyone's doing it".
